Hi all,
Looking for confirmation with a fault on my LG LCD TV. I have vertical lines being displayed on the screen, is it likely to be a capacitor fault? The lines do not completely fill the screen, neither are they of the same thickness.

| Any line one pixel width horizontal or vertical indicates a bad panel. |
