Grundig p40-060 dead tv... Fuse???

Hello, I have an old Grundig P40-060 TV. a couple of years ago it went dead, i took it to a repair shop and it got expensive ... now the exact problem happened... The TV was on "stand by" mode, When i went to turn it on, it had now "red light led". A few tests and the result is: Completly dead without even warning. My first instinct tells me to check up the power, hence the fuse, but... where is it? I opend the back chassis, slided the "board" out, but i see nothing resembling a fuse... ANY HELPS...PLEASE. Thanks
