SEVENTEAM ST-250UAG-05E Power Supply Problem.

Dear Sir,

I am very surprised that my existing power supply giving right voltages on every pin as per data sheet but when I connect to mother board then lit up green LED on mother board & start processor cooling fan just for 3 second & stop? I have confirmed that board is working well with other ATX power supply. Kindly give me guide line why existing power supply create problem as above mention issue?
Your prompt action will be appreciated.

I want to solve my problem but I need your advices & circuit diagram also.
