Magnavox 50MF231D/37 Power Supply REPAIR SERVICE

i have Magnavox 50MF231D/37 ,over suden i have no power on the tv ,so iam gessing it's the power supply board because i plug the power cord into the tv & the two led lights come's on for one or two sec& shut's off , so what do i need to do please ,on that is it the power supply like i think it is ,if it so which coponnets i need to replace on the board,thx guys :

Replace C8059 and C8060 both 3300 @ 10 volts with 16/25 volts on the power supply.
