Toshiba TV model 23WL56G

Dear friends,
I got troubles with my TV set, toshiba 23WL56G. As I am using a TNT deocder connected to AV2, I need to also keep the antenna connected to reduce some perturbation on the screen. How do I configure my TV to avoid it??
I also have some small white stripes at any vertical white line and dots on the screen. Any idea?
Is anyone knwo how to access maintenance menu ? I was given the following procedure, which does not work: Mute _ Mute _ Mute+Menu on the TV panel. It should appear an 'S', but nothing.
If anyone can help ?
