Red Key Lock Symbol

I have a problem, yesterday morning, we had a power outage. When the power was restored the settings of my cable box were not the same and while trying to rest it I ended up having a red lock key symbol appear on my TV screen, I cant see anything all I can hear is the sound of all channels. Someone please help me!

If you are using Quadro TV try pressing "SUB.PAGE" key on remote controler and holding it for a few seconds. It is second key from right in first row of keys.
