Panasonic SA-HT540 service manuals or circuit diagram

Hi, My name is ahtesham an my brother had baught a home theater from Sharjah UAE to india. due to power fluctuations that dvd home theater system is not working. i took it to service center an thy told thy cant figure out the problem coz its imported and i need to change its motherboard blah blah blah... than after some days i met a friend who is good in this electronic area so i gave him to check an he told me there is some problem with micro controller so he need a diagram to repair it. any help please give me. my ears are dying to hear that sound..... please help............
Note: i searched in the official website that model SA-HT540 is not there but it looks most similer with SC-HT743 & SC-HT 740 so if i get the diagram of 540 i will be very thankfull to you but if u give 740 or 743 also it will be good,,,,,,,,,,,,thanks
