Alternative to remote buttons to access JCV AV27320 Service

Is there any other way to access the ettended service menu on the JVC
AV27320 without using the remote key combination?

I tried using a learning remote to learn the keys but pushing the 2 keys doesn't access the menu.

Is there a way to jump into the menu without using the remote?

If you continue to try to access with a learning remote (I assume you mean "Universal" remote - otherwise you would be accessing with the "Teaching" remote's keys directly), try to find a JVC "Universal" with the same keys/functions mentioned in SM.
