Sansui A-1110 No click when powering up

Hello All,
I am new to this forumn, and was trying to get some direction on what to check for on this Sansui amp I am trying to troubleshoot.I opened up the amp,and saw that the power on relay had a burnt spot on it as I looked at it.
I am not sure where to troubleshoot to find out what caused this to happen, and to get it up and running again.Any help would be appreciated.

You must be talking about the speaker protection relay? There is no power relay; power is applied with a mechanical switch?

RL1 = Speaker relay
S1 = Power Switch
