Sony KP46V25 Horz. lines in picture

Hi, I have an old Sony KP46V25 that has developed 4 horz. lines/bars in picture. First is about and inch or two from top. next is 1/3 down, next 2/3 down and last one or two inches from bottom. Very symertical. They only a few video lines wide. On power up they are solid and after about 2-3 minutes they start to flash and eventual disappear. Time it takes to disappear is now growing to 8 to 10 mintes. Both STK were replace about 3 years ago. Any ideas or suggestions as to what is failing would be appreciated.

its very simple,

replace all electrolytic capacitors at vertical section with good quality.

my u feel some capacitors r good, but it is better to replace.

reply for further assistence.
