Even if this manual was available, the motherboard schematics wouldn't be in it.

The only way of getting schematics for electronics assemblies in "white goods" is by reverse engineering them. Usually, those are fairly straightforward designs taken more or less directly from application notes, engineering textbooks and so on, so the reverse engineering task will be easy to perform.
