I have a magnavox PTV and spilled cooling fluid on the video input part of the pcb. I cleaned the boad, or so I thought. The Tv came on and was perfect for about 10 minuts and then the volume went really high and the screen went all blue. Is there still fluid shorting something out or can it be that the board is bad? what is the best way to clean this board?
