Newbie need help - Samsung CRT TV

hi i'm new at this ...... i have a samsung tv ,chassis KA50Z ........and all i seem to get is some white horizontal lines ......from what i've been reading it seem like my video IC has gone bad.... the IC code is LA7625!! the problem is i can seem to find the IC anywhere. Is there another IC that i could use as a replacement??? And is the IC the problem .......and input would be appreciated ......thanx Crying or Very sad
