looking for part number

I would like to someone help me with the idenfication number or part number for service manual on a Philips Model 60PP9701.

I'm not sure is this is the correct chasi number DPTV215.

Im try to serach for this service manual in order to get the common HEX used for factory setting . Unfuntanly recenltly black out reset the eprom and all the color are mess up.
