Hi,
Trying to get a HP CM 8060 Multifunction printer up and running. It boots up and goes to the homescreen, but if I try and hit any of the menu items, it comes up with an error message – D1.074B device failure.
I have tried taking out and reseating the RAM, reseating all the PCI boards, taking out the CMOS battery and starting up, nothing has worked thus far. I have a feeling the hard drive is wiped or something, but why would the homescreen and menu appear if there was no firmware?
Does anyone have access to the manual which could tell me what error D1.074B is? Or knows from experience?
