Key Fob 406 Coupe

I have recently buyed a 406 Coupé.
The old proprietaire gave me 2 keys, both with fob, and he told me that they don't work because of the batteries.
I have changed the batteries, and still nothing.
Do you have any ideea what can be the problem and that the fobs can be repaired?
I mention that i have cleaned the contacts.

Hi, later I will write you a procedure later. I would to ask you on thing: can you tell me what is the code printed on the circuit inside the key? You have to open the key, unmount the electronic circuit and read the very small code printed on the board.
