Hannspree GT03-37E1 power problem

Hi all I have a GT03-37E1 37" with no power standby light or anything else.
Ihave checked all fuses and all electrolytics also checked for shorts. there is 340V on the main smoothing cap but no activity. the number on the underside of the board is E59670.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

Hi Mick: If you take a look at the service manual Database ther'es a Fault guide & voltage chart there for this PSU which might help.
