Any ideas?
Zenith 32in crt tv model #IQB32B44WF.
Picture folds down onto itself at top 3 inches
creating horizontal lins in this area.
opend tv and found no adjustments available on pcb's at all.
is there some software areas i can acsess to do service.
Any service manuals or schematics available?

It may be a capacitor in the sync circuits. |

If you can figure out which IC is your vertical output IC, eg. IC 301, then replace all the electrolytic caps near it with the same # series, eg, C301, C302, C310, etc.
There should be about 4 or 5 of them, small ones, probably from 1 - 47 mfd, and 50vdc or less. |

May ba capacitor on vertical section, also check yung HOT and cold soldered |

Its definetly a bad cap in the vertical output section. |
