toshiba 2805db, fine watermark type lines on screen

have repaired this before with help from here.

toshiba 2805db, fine wavey watermark type lines are on the screen, very faint when picture is bright but very noticeable when darker.

found this. : Watermark moves down screen & lack of width C424 4µ7

but there is no lack of width. and mark is just across screen not moving down?
i trust this is a standard cap, and not Electrolytic?

will look and replace c 424.

any other suggestions?

watching tv, its more like a woodgrain marking very faint across the most of the screen
