Hitachi Upper buffer 55HDS69

Hello All,

Anybody know of a source for an upper scan board for a Hitachi 55HDS69? Part number and alternates are:
FPF31R-SDR0033
JP52971
TS06623

I have not been able to find these anywhere.

Or if you know of a reputable repair shop that can fix I might consider repairing the board.
