I am unable to remove the child lock and access the menu, seems to be fault with service board, none of keys are working, any advice please..

In most instances, the original User Manual for the item explains how to engage the 'child lock'/'keyboard lock (FPA)'.
It therefore follows that the procedure to release them should also be included there. Try Googling model number plus oser/owner manual.
