sony,(kv27fs100) has sound, but no pic

I have a kv27fs100 sony 27" tv, and the sound works great, no matter how you hook it up (rf, or component) , however, the thing has absolutely no picture! it has high- voltage,for about 3 seconds, after that, nothing but sound...... HELP!

try checking your 200 volts going to crt neck board.also visually look at ic on this board,check for a black mark on component side at pins themselves.i think this model blows ic.there night be a mod for replacement of inductor.

Start by resoldering the vertical ic and horizontal driver transformer.
