Mosfet power amplifier

Hi

I have been assigned to design a MOSFET power amplifier with the following specifications:
1- Output power 500-2000 watt
2- operating freqency 5MHz
3- Load is 50 ohms

Can any body help me in getting the simplest circuit to do this job.

Have you a permit to run this power at 5Mhz? Not for illegal broadcasting is it?

You don't say if it's AM, SSB or CW, do you want it in Class C or linear ... wrong mode and you'll cause splatter which would interfere with other services... remember the HF aviation frequencies are close by!

I am not using it for broacasting, it is required for some research project. The amplifier should be linear and amplifying pulsating bursts.
