Need FBOX for this unit

Part # AA95-00394 D

Appreciate any help I have let this sit for 6 months hoping another one would show up but it hasn't.

I tried fixing the module but the problem is in the board when I called Samsung on this and told them I had replaced 2 integrated circuits and still had intermittent problems they said -- Nobody replaces these circuits I said I had and the reply was order a new module.
