I am looking for a small piece of insulated Nickcrome resistance wire to repair a old 3.7 ohm resistor in a multimeter. It should be approxomately 26 to 28 ga wire that has a resitance of 1.5 to 7 ohms per foot. Appreciate any help. |

Get a suitable valued wire wound resistor and remove the end cap and you've got the wire.... or use a 2.7 and a 1 Ohm in series of suitable wattage.
