problem : Check Printer COVER... "CANON IR1600"

i encountered this problem "CHECK Printer Cover".. i already check all the sensor for the printer's cover and test it w/ another copy machine but it still doesnt responed. can you please help me out pls... thanks...contact me at [email protected]...
