Hello.
Im the owner of an older Glaupunkt:

The problem im having is the big wheel on the lower left that adjusts the volum.
I can turn it to the right and the volum climbs. But when I try to turn it to the left the volum wil either climb or stand still instead of going down...
The only way I can get it to go down is sloooowly one by one turn to the left, and even then it might jump up one instead of down.
Any ideas?

Clean the innards (or replace) that control / switch.

Just normal wd-40 cleaner?
Also is there any nasty springloaded things inside these normaly? Its always a hassle when you open it and half of the things shoot out Wink

Is there any way to get a control switch if that is the case?

So NOT wd-40... Then what? And why not, isent wd40 an electric oil that does not conduct current?
