sparklies on LG V6 series of plasmas- how to get rid of them

I'm struggling here to get a result. I've got 3 LG42PX11 and 1 Hitachi 42PD4200 plasmas. All use LG V6 chassis

All have had various pcb failures but are now up and running. One problem they all still have is sparklies which I beleive is known as under/over diffusion.

All voltages have been set as per screen labels.

From reading as much about the problem as I could find the only way to cure is to download latest firmware into the control board.

Can anyone loan or sell the jig for doing this?

Any suggestions welecome.
