need help on Panasonic TV

hello there! i need some help on Panasonic TC-21GX20M. can someone tell me how to tackle supply problem when the voltage is LOW and i get a little display/picture on the screen. I have no documentation, and no clue! Smile

PLEASE HELP!

This might be causing trouble because of low voltage,if it happening because of that then you can't do anything!
If it is some other problem why don't you use those digital multimetere in your home!
