I have a LG 42PG6000-ZA. (Manufactured 2008)
Sometimes it starts full up but lately it gets stuck more than not in blink mode (red/green on power on) and increasingly so.
It does so even when it hasn't been on for a day.
When it actually starts it works fine for hours (til I turn it off).
I exchanged 4 pieces of 3.3mF capacitors that was bulging on the PSU board, but no change.
I replaced the capacitors with red circles.

Now I noticed that the component in the corner (blue circle) looks like it have been warm.
It says VA101. What is it and how can I tell if its broken?
I have seen something about disconnecting other cards to find out what card is broken, but how should this be done?
My PSU is PSPU-J704A
