infotec parts and repair manual !!HELP!!

Help!!!! Im up the creek without a paddle. I have a INFOTEC 7216z copier and its playing up (black and non printed band down one side approx 1inch down one side of sheet). Does anyone have a repair and diagnostics manual for this machine. I believe that it is a rebadged Ricoh machine but which model I dont know. Anyone out there can help me please. Also how do you reboot and reinstall the hardrive on a fiery rip controler for this machine. Thanks for any help
