JVC KD-G502 - No volume control?

Hi,

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
I have a JVC head unit in my car, the volume control dial has stopped working, all the other buttons still work and the stereo itself still works its just i cant turn it up or down.

I can still enter the menu's - Bass, Treble etc but cannot adjust them.

Any help would be great, dry solder maybe?
