Need Manual Service for Renault 4x15W RDS B Blaupunkt BP4495

My radio cassette Renault 4x15W RDS B Blaupunkt BP4495S2705693 (digital) function very well 1 - 3 week and in other time I can't using this because I press "ON" buton but the screen is black, no function is available. After 1 or 2 month I push "ON" buton, I can taste cod pin and I use normally this tape. Please give me a manual service for this tape at [email protected]. Thanks!
