Put the original board back in and Short pins 1 and 2 on the logic board. It will display an internal pattern as long as the pins are shorted.

i found that the wiring harness coming out of the ysus board has no power where it should. i think thats my problem, any input?

well i put a new ysus board and a new zsus board in and still the same thing, when i turn it on i get a few weird colors here and there, than once it warms a min and its suppose to be a picture, it flashes bright yellow and white messed up snow for a sec than goes black and sound comes on fine????? Im about to toss this thing in a dumpster

This is what sucks with plasmas. Put the original boards back in and see if ant thing changes.
