Hi there,
Yesterday I bought a samsung LE37A656 and works really good but today on remote and on soft tuch panel work only the power button I tried to access service panel with remote I can reach it but can not move inside anyone know how to reset or fix it?

| If you just bought it, take it back and get a different one. There should be at least a 15 day return policy. |
