APEX AVL 2076 NO PICTURE

I"new here

My lcd APEX AVL 2076 give a flash and the picture stay black with sound and the led of power green.

Need a help to resolve this problem - please - apreciate .

Usual fault is hi brite backlite/circuit u/s- these only last 1,000 hrs- r/p may be $200 ~- don,t tell you that when you buy these utter cruds!. Cheers from an Old Bassid.
