wanted avenger test chip

i want an avenger test chip latest model preferred to decode analog cable....preferably new with everything...wire harness and instructions on how to install....

if used it got to be in perfect working condition no cracks..no adjustments...no damages no missing components no burns scuffs or heat damage etc....i also want the wire harness and instructions for it please
