Hallo i have a the above sony when i power on flashes 11 times but after a lot power off-on it starts and everythink is ok, i see the diagram and for 11flashes its says low 8v from power suplly i thought capasitors but i try them all i think .
Any info please?

It sounds like the primairy side of the power supply isn't starting correctly.

As you allready mentioned, you could try to replace all the small capacitors in this primairy cicruit. There should probably 3 or 4.

These capasitors will dry out after soem time, due to the heat generated by the semiconductors in this power supply.
