Hitachi vertical wavy lines

Hi,

I have a Hitachi monitor PC-DC1552. I have a problem when I turn on monitor after few minutes vertical wavy lines is apear on screen. I have notice that TDA 8172 part is going very hot I have also replace it with new part but the problem is still. Can any one tell me which part I need to change. sorry for my bad english.

I would start by replacing the electrolytic capacitors in the power supply.
