Firmware Update & Service Manual Sony KDL 40V3000 reques

Hello,

i need the Service manual for the Sony KDL 40V3000 LCD TV. Further i would ask if anybody could give me the newest firmware update, which is updateable via Sony memory stick pro duo behind the CI-Slot. Currently i have version 1013 the newest version ist 1015 or higher.
