GERICOM TV/LCD model GTW 32" HD AU

I am repairing a TV/LCD GERICOM GTW 32" HD AU

It developped an intermittant on the screen>

After 2min of normal displaying excellent picture

vertical coloured lines all over the screen show up
this picture freezes
no response to remote control.

checked Power Supply (with meter and oscilloscope)

the 5V 12V and 24V lines seem OK

Signal PCB Board is " Picasso W3 Main" (manufactured by who knows)

Please can you help me with finding the Service Manual or diagramm
