Dead 65HX93 Toshiba

My area just recently experienced the worst ice storm I can remember, the electricity flickered on and off a couple of times in rapid succession and before I could turn off the TV, it went off and now will not power up.

The power supply fuse is still good, but I'm still thinking the power supply is fried. I've looked on the internet for a replacement but they are no longer available.

I thought maybe someone on the board might have come across a repair or could hook me up with someone to repair or a replacement. Any input would be appreciated. The power supply is part# 23788756. I have the service manual and schematics.

I'd suspect the regulator fried.
