HP L1925 lcd monitor green light no display black screen

Have and HP L1925 lcd monitor that the power light is green.

But there is the blank/black screen plague. Did the flashlight trick next to the screen and can see the logo and windows.

Need a service manual for the hp L1925 lcd monitor. The capacitors on the power board look okay.

Had fixed a hp vs19 lcd monitor that had bulging leaking capacitors but this one has me confused.


Please help.
