benq g2000wa power unit

i have benq g2000wa 20" lcd monitor. power unit marked; e162032 vol. 3
but a ic burned, i cant read that. marked ic 601.
well how can i find ic name or can i work this monitor with external power unit.

I've found a monitor with that power unit inside.
The IC601 is TEA1530AP
