Hitachi 51F510 DP43 power light yes, no pic or sound

Hello-
I know very little about televisions made after 1961.

My Hitachi 51f510 stopped working during a thunderstorm. I see no burnt components, no smoke stains, no smoked/ evaporated solder paths.

F101,F102, F103, FP01 are all good. Two green LED's inside.

I cannot find the service manual for it and I have only a soldering iron and a voltmeter.

There is hope for me as I was trained in telecom in the USAF.

Please offer suggestions on how to fix this.
