DVD that i found

power supply does not work tied a new fuse that was burnt.
its burned a few components that near a circuit.
How can I know what to replace that will not happen again ? By the way, the soldering for the last time was on a biggest caputer and stablize. Now there is another place' where he burnt a lot of components ,that it is DVD of Grondig Model gdv 95 \ z
