Philips Magnavox 9P5511C1 55" - bad color

I don't know what is wrong with it. Very dark and not good color anymore. Would this be a lamp problem??

Anyone have a link to find the manual on this?

The fluid in the picture tubes has algae in them. Common problem. The blue and green tubes need to be pulled out, drained, cleaned and refilled.
