http://www.matelectronics.com/

Just jam the wire back in and RTV it if need be. You'll hear arching if it's not in all the way. I use Mat from time to time.

Thanks Minnie!...installed new IC chips and convergence is working fine now, Only problem now is the screen is warped on horizontal and vertical, Do you know if there is a part on the board that may cause this? if so where, so I may order it and replace, once again thanks for all of your help, it is greatly appreciated! Very Happy

Yes, several times but still no good, it is warped at the top and bottom and slightly at the sides...I can widen the vertical and horizontal which will hide the warping somewhat but does not fix the issue, also in DCAM I can adjust green and Blue but can only adjust the red horizontally, Do you think this may be an issue with one of the convergence resistors? if I could resolve that then I should be able to adjust the Green which would resolve the warping, then line up all colors and should fix, please let me know what you think, Thanks Minnie!

No, not yet, I have to buy a meter again, my old one is shot...what should the readings be on them? Are they the larger ones next to the IC chips? Thanks!

My 55UX58B TV suddenly went off after 11 years of good service. Found this website, ordered the components (6 Canadian Dollars), bought a soldering kit at circuit city, and ... go !
2 days later received my components, changed the 2 recommended ones, and ... tadaaaaaaaaaa, tv is working perfectly !

Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks
