Fujitsu Siemens LCD MYRICA VQ40-1

Hello! I have this LCD and problem whith it! When i put on this TV started lighting blue lamp, but screen is black, and i can not to shut down tv from remoute control! I have check output voltage from power suplly, where shut be 24 volts is only 12, where shut be 12 volts is only 5! What to do! Where can i find Servise manual or datasheet for this power supply (A-PRO AP-2005A) Thank you!
