There is a white strip in middle on picture. can some one help me

Hi! You should describe if this stripe is horizontaly or verticaly.
It's important because it relevant different stages of TV-set.

Hi!
This means then the stage of frame is fault,
You should check:
- is there voltage of power on this part
- IC of frame (probably TDA 2653 or TDA3654 )
- joins among main board and deflection coils
- the deflection coils
